Because of this article, I remember in our baking class last week, we also made a dough. I learned new knowledge and tips in shaping the dough into round. Start by shaping the risen dough into a round. Let it rest for a few minutes after you do this to give the gluten a chance to relax. This will make shaping the loaf a lot easier.

Making a sour dough was quite complicated. You need to deal with consistency and focus. If you are a baker and you need to deal with a lot of stuff in baking, it would be hard for you to focus on making a sour dough. But there's no bad thing if you are going to try it. There's no harm in trying by the way!

Well, it was your first attempt so you shouldn't worry about the result. I guess it's not bad for the first time.
